South Bay Design Center offers a total solution approach to the bathroom remodel process. We will coordinate the entire process from design to completion. Our services include:

Getting Started
To start the process simply visit our showroom and provide us with approximate dimensions of your bathroom. Once we have this information we will discuss solutions for your project. We will ask you for your preferences regarding style, features, layout and color. In most cases it is possible to provide a budgetary cost estimate at the end of the meeting.

How do I get a quote?
To receive a design and cost proposal, we will ask you to select a basic room layout, cabinet style, and a list of desired features. Once these selections have been made, we will schedule a visit to your home to measure and evaluate the space. Usually we will be able to provide a final price proposal at the conclusion of this visit. If the proposal is accepted by you, a set of drawings will be created so that you can evaluate and fine tune the design.
 

Materials we supply
In most cases we supply the:
• Cabinets*
• Countertop*
• Shower door*
• Rough electrical*
• Plumbing materials*
• Basic rough building materials*

*These materials are included in the project price.

Client supplied materials
We will ask that you purchase and supply some of the materials, although in most cases we can arrange for you to purchase them at our cost. These materials include:
• Plumbing fixtures
• Decorative lighting fixtures
• Tile
• Wall paint
• Accessories

In regards to the tile, we will pick it up and deliver it to your home for you.

How long will the project take to complete?
Most projects can be completed during a three to six week period. We have our own dedicated crews that are managed by us, and we start projects only after all materials are on hand. This allows us to maintain strict control of the schedule and the construction process.
