SBDC Vision
When properly executed, remodeling projects can dramatically improve the comfort, appearance and value of your home. Yet, quite often, the experience of remodeling is far less than a positive one. Projects can go beyond initial time estimates, while the cost increases dramatically and the finished product is not what you initially imagined. The results are dependant on the organization, focus and creativity of the contractor you choose. This is where South Bay Design Center comes in.

We offer a professionally planned and expertly executed approach to kitchen and bath remodeling. We customize the design to fit our clients’ individual style. To achieve this, we devote time to each client in an effort to define goals, expectations and design preferences. This means that you will have access to an organized network of experienced professionals who have a primary goal of bringing your ideas to life.

SBDC History
The South Bay Design Center was founded in 1992 by Kamer Kosedag. Kamer’s focus on customer service, passion for design and organizational skills provided the foundation for a balanced approach to home remodeling. Our location, a 14 unit building that was designed and constructed by Kamer in the late 1980s, has allowed us to expand at our own pace. Our company has gradually grown over the years, allowing us to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SBDC Staff
SBDC is organized into three groups consisting of specialists for each of our company’s products. Our kitchen remodel, bath remodel and cabinet refacing specialists each focus on their unique area of expertise. From our in-house designers to our craftsmen in the field, each person is a highly trained and experienced professional. Each project is coordinated by our project overseer and managed on-site by a project manager. In the event that a subcontractor is required, we select only reputable licensed and insured specialists from our local community.
