Our new kitchen design included all items on
our wish list. The crew was professional and
best of all the project was completed on
time. We highly recommend South Bay Design
Center.

To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing this letter in regards to our
experience with South Bay Design Center for
kitchen remodel we had them complete for us
in March/April of 2011. Our designer Loriann
Savarese, was very helpful and respectful of
our budget and time frame. Throughout the
process she was continually accessible and
able to provide us with helpful
recommendations for appliances, tiles,
granite (including vendors) and of course
the design itself. This being our first
kitchen remodel, we really needed a lot of
guidance and Loriann was the perfect person
to answer our questions in a personal and
knowledgeable manner. We never felt pressure
to purchase or sign anything out of our
price range. The kitchen was complete in 6
weeks and we couldn’t be happier with how
everything turned out.
We would also like to say how happy we were
with the construction workers. All of the
workers carried with them day after day a
sense of urgency to complete the project
including putting in extra time on the
weekends. This was highly appreciated by us
as we are expecting two babies in July.
There was a constant attention to detail and
respect for us when we were home during
construction that did not go unnoticed.
Also, once the project was complete the team
did a great job cleaning up our kitchen and
garage before heading out on the last day.
We are very happy we chose to go with South
Bay Design Center for our kitchen remodel
this year. What we thought would be a
daunting project and experience turned out
to be very pleasant, livable and efficient.

Dear Loriann,
For a number of years, we had accumulated
books, articles, pictures and information
regarding kitchen renovations. We definitely
needed one, but our collection of stuff was
pretty vague and had no plan. It was pretty
much just things we liked and didn't like.
It was very hard to visualize any changes or
improvements, they were only fig newtons of
our imagination at this point. When we were
finally ready, we came to you, with the hope
that you would be able to put some of these
ideas into a workable plan. With the
questions you asked, the list of things we
knew that we wanted, a bit of guidance and
your design skills, you gave us printed
pages of our space that we could actually
see for the first time. At last, we had
something tangible to work with.
The actual process itself was much easier
than expected. We even went on vacation
during the work, with your strong
reassurances that all would be safe and
secure, plus the added bonus of missing a
bit of the noise, etc. You were right, we
had no reason to be concerned. You could say
that Keith, was the conductor and star
performer in the transformation. His arrival
times were always on schedule, his
streamlined work methods were always
appreciated. We have nothing but praise and
admiration for all the work that was done.
We would like to adopt him into our
family.... he would definitely liven things
up and he would come in handy!
Everyone that sees the kitchen now is
stunned by the transformation. I realize it
was a team effort, and I appreciate the fact
that we all played together so well. Our
kitchen today is the realization of a dream,
that you helped us realize. I give tours
daily, parking is free and I only charge
$.50! Come and see the finished product, you
will be proud.

Dear South Bay Design Center,
My wife Dee and I would like to thank the
South Bay Design Center, you, Jennifer, Bob
and his crew of workmen for the great job
all of you did on our bathroom. We really
like the way our bathroom has taken on a new
look. We especially like the bath tub glass
enclosure. We weren’t quite sure how it was
going to look but we love the way it turned
out.
I’ve already mentioned it to Bob but please
mention this letter to him as I told him I
would be sending it to you. We appreciate
the fact that his crews were very respectful
of our property when doing their jobs. At
the end of each work day, the work area was
left relatively clean.
We have mentioned our bathroom remodeling to
our friends. We would have no problem
recommending your company to do any of their
remodeling jobs. Hopefully, in the future,
we will be employing you again for other
remodeling jobs we have in mind.
